i needed a pedal EQ for use with my guitars and basses. I've used the Arion with guitars mostly. This device is a colorless device that affects EQ only unless you use it to overdrive the front end of an amp
Good Points: -Cheap
-Works as a clean gain or preamp for weak pickuips.
-Can cut or add to freqs
-lightweight
-Unity gain detent on all sliders
Bad Points: -Can eat up batteries
-plastic case
