The Convulsion CN-1 from Audible Disease is a nasty high-gain overdrive unit with a few extra features that push your sound into the realm of absolute madness. With a twist of the NOISE knob, you can blend pure white noise with your input signal for extra psychotic enjoyment. If that isn't enough craziness for you, this beast also has the ability to decimate the sound even further with the SPIT knob. By tweaking this knob, you'll hear why this pedal is called the Convulsion! You'll hear your sound start to cough, spit and sputter on the verge of auditory death. R.I.P. i use this in a pedal chain currently. pretty gnarly. maybe the most barebone and brutal distortion i've heard.

i saw this puppy while i was over at bob's house and was instantly interested in checking it out. after getting mine in the mail i went right to work checking it out. its loud, noisey and great. spits sputters farts squeaks and squeals. plus the white noise generator adds more damage to the sound. i have mine in a feedback loop in the rupture pedal with a fuzz pedal and seven band eq. the sounds it gets is amazing. nasty and harsh. you can get these great synth-like sounds out of it too. very happy with this great pedal from the always friendly bob scott and audible disease company.
Good Points: sturdy, easy to use, loud, white noise generator is great. spit knob is the best
